Antitrust Policy
The FAIR Package Manager project adheres to the Linux Foundation's Antitrust Policy. All participants in the project are expected to comply with this policy at all times.
The key objectives of the antitrust policy are:
- Safeguarding participants: Ensuring that all community members are protected from anti-competitive practices and legal risk.
- Promoting collaboration: Enabling open, transparent collaboration on technical standards and software without crossing legal boundaries.
- Preventing anti-competitive conduct: Prohibiting discussions or agreements regarding pricing, market allocation, boycotts, or other activities that could violate antitrust laws.
